These are the 2 templates that I worked up for reinforcing the plastic fork shrouds. This shows the templates and the aluminum I bought at a hobby shop. I think my original idea of cutting up an aluminum cookie sheet from the grocery store would have worked as well. As it was the metal was a bit thicker than I should have used and made forming the pieces a bit difficult (read: pain in the ass).
