Before you tighten down the banjos make sure you have clearance for bleeding. Offset the banjo about this far.

I found that the MityVac was good at pulling the fluid through the line to drain them but not that good at getting the air bubbles out. I ended up bleeding the new lines using the old method once they were full of fluid. But if you have a Mity, go ahead and use it to pull the fluid along the line then use the old bleed method.
