When installed properly (and after any RTV had cured completely) you should be able to hold the end of the **cold** canister and wiggle the end. It should have **no play**. It should feel like one continuous pipe from the 2 into 1 header joint back to your hand. If the canister wiggles in relation to the header you need to redo it. Be sure to let any RTV set up completely before riding (sometimes they say 24 hours) as the pressure is still quite high in the canister at speed and can displace the RTV and create leaks if it is still soft in any way.
